For this issue, Singtel SME Insight brings you stories on how two SMEs utilised ICT solutions to improve day-to-day customer experience. OWNDAYS, a growing retail optical business, shares how they incorporated M2M Video Analytics in all their retail outlets to enhance their customers' experience. The analytics allow OWNDAYS to better understand their customers’ shopping patterns and behaviour, therefore enabling them to plan their product placements according to customers’ needs. This makes the walk-through in the retail store a great experience.

INFINITE STUDIOS speaks on how Singtel’s Data Roaming enables their employees to work whenever and wherever they are. As a media company with strong base of clients who need quick turnarounds, a mobilised workforce that is constantly connected ensures timely response, therefore heightening the customer experience.

Separately, Singtel would like to invite businesses with innovative ideas to participate in the upcoming Best Innovation Award for Emerging Enterprise 2015.
